Small repairs around the harbor
Each repair is quoted in writing before we hold the day, and you can add it to an install day or book it alone.
- Weather stripping and window caulking. If damp marine air is getting in around a door or a window, we can put on new weather stripping or run fresh caulk.
- Screens. We replace the mesh and put slider screens back on track, and our window screen replacement page has more.
- Door repair. A door that sticks or will not latch gets rehung, and we quote that door repair in writing.
- Wall patches. We do drywall repair too, filling the holes from an old mount and texturing over them.

Can you drill into a concrete wall?
Yes. We set the anchors in the concrete itself, and it holds well for a TV or a heavy mirror. It costs more than the other columns because it is the most work.
I rent near Fisherman's Village. Can a TV still go on the wall?
Yes, once your landlord has agreed to it. When your lease is up, we can take the mount down and patch the wall, and we quote that in writing.
Is the Silver Strand on your install days?
Yes, along with the Marina Peninsula, the buildings around Burton Chace Park and the streets off Lincoln Boulevard. Install days are same-week, from Monday to Saturday.
