Caulk, faucets and fans in Westchester homes

We write up a quote for each of these before we hold the day, and you can pair one with an install or book it alone.

• Caulking. We run fresh shower caulk around a tub or a stall, and bathroom caulk along the sink.
• Faucets. We do a kitchen faucet replacement or a tub faucet replacement as a like-for-like swap.
• Ceiling fans. We can take care of ceiling fan installation where the box is made to carry a fan.

New to a house or apartment off Loyola Boulevard

Whether you have bought a tract home or rented an apartment off Loyola Boulevard or Sepulveda Boulevard, everything for the walls can go on one install day.

• A total before the day. Each piece has its board price, and we text you the sum of them before we hold the day.
• The gate. If your apartment building has a gate, send us the code, and tell us if the building manager should know we are coming.
• Student apartments. If you are renting near Loyola Marymount, please get your landlord's okay first. A desk shelf, a mirror and a TV fit easily into one morning.
• Your morning. You choose where we begin, and we go on from there until it is all up.

TV installation and the rest of what we hang in Westchester

• The TV. A remodeled living room usually gives you a clean stretch of drywall to use, and a fireplace wall gives you a different column. Our TV mounting page lists the brackets for each.
• Mirrors and frames. A hall of family photos or a tall mirror in a bedroom goes on our picture and mirror hanging price.
• Floating shelves. We put up the bracket first, and you check the level with us.
• Curtain rods. We hang a rod across a sliding door to the back so it stays level, and we can do the bedroom windows on the same visit.

Remodeled or original: the walls in a Kentwood home

• Drywall. A remodeled room is usually drywall, and so are the apartments near Sepulveda Boulevard.
• Plaster. An original room in a postwar tract home may still have a thin coat of plaster over lath.
• Brick or concrete. This is usually the fireplace wall in a tract home.

Check the install board for how each of these is priced. In a home that was only partly remodeled, the family room may be drywall while a bedroom is still plaster. If you cannot tell, we can look at it at the door before we drill.
