- Drywall. Many of the condos and apartments in Fox Hills are drywall, along with remodeled rooms all over town.
- Brick or concrete. A bungalow or ranch home may have this at the fireplace, and some condo buildings have poured concrete walls.
- Metal studs. Some condo and apartment buildings may be framed in steel.
How each of these is priced is on the install board, but you do not have to work out the wall yourself. Tell us the building and the room, and a quick look at the door settles it before the first hole.

- One price for the day. We add up the board price for each piece, and you get the total by text before we hold the day.
- What fits. We do the rooms in the order you want them.
- What to have ready. We bring the anchors, so please have the bracket, shelf or rod for each piece at home.
- If you rent. Get an okay from your landlord before we drill, and we can fill the holes in your last place when you leave, quoted in writing.
