The board price is the price for that install. If we find something the board doesn't cover, you hear it before the first hole and can say no.
How an install goes
Six things you will see happen, in this order, on every install.

- 1
Pick the install and tell us the wall: drywall, plaster, brick or metal studs. If you can't tell, we check it at the door. A photo helps but is never required.
- 2
We confirm the flat price and hold your day. If the day you asked for is full, we offer the nearest one.
- 3
At the door we check the wall against the board. If we find something the board doesn't cover, you hear it before the first hole and can say no.
- 4
We set the anchor made for that wall, into a stud wherever there is one, and mount the piece.
- 5
The level goes on top. If the bubble sits off center, the piece comes down and goes back up. Cables go into a cover along the wall.
- 6
You see the bubble centered, we sweep up, and the box and packaging leave with us. If anything comes loose within a year, we come back at no charge.
Free to quote. Each install keeps its board price, added up if you have several.
Everything else we do
Book a repair on its own or on the same day as an install. Each one is quoted in writing before we hold the day.

Some jobs are outside handyman work, such as a new circuit or a re-pipe. If that's what your job needs, we tell you on the first call.
Moving in?
Book one install day. Each install keeps its board price, and everything goes up level in one visit.
- Tell us each install and the wall it goes on. We add up the board prices and confirm one total before we hold the day.
- We work room by room in the order you choose, so the rooms you need first are done first.
- If the building books a freight elevator or keeps work hours, tell us and we plan the day around them.
- Leaving a place too? We take the old mounts down there and fill the anchor holes.

Before you book an install
Does the flat price change?
No. The board price is the price for that install. If we find something the board doesn't cover, such as tile over the wall or a mount that hangs from the ceiling, you hear the extra before any drilling and can say no.
Do I buy the bracket, the shelf or the rod?
Yes. The flat price covers the labor and the anchors for your wall. Bring the bracket, shelf, rod or blind, or tell us the TV model and we'll say whether a bracket you're looking at suits the wall. If you'd rather we bring one, it goes on the quote before you book.
What if I don't know my wall type?
Pick the install and say “Don't know” for the wall. We give you the board price for each wall it could be, and the check at the door settles which one applies before we start.
Can you hide the TV cables inside the wall?
On drywall, often yes. It's quoted separately after we see the wall, because it depends on what's in the way. In plaster and masonry we run them in a cover painted to match the wall. A new power outlet behind the TV is work for a licensed electrician, and we say so on the first call.
Can you do several installs in one visit?
Yes. Each install keeps its board price. Put everything in one request, we add it up and hold one day. Five or six installs fit in one morning.
Do you work in apartments and condos?
Yes, and in lofts and towers. If the building keeps work hours or needs the freight elevator booked, tell us when you ask for the day and we plan around it. Drilling in a shared-wall building is scheduled mid-morning on a weekday.
What if something comes loose later?
Send us a photo or call any time in the year after the install. We come back and put it right, and the return visit costs nothing. Parts carry their maker's own warranty.
How do I know the TV will hold?
Because the anchor is chosen for the wall it's on. On drywall the bracket goes into the studs. On plaster, brick or metal studs we bring the anchor made for that wall instead of the hardware packed with the mount. Before we leave, we load it and put the level on it with you watching.
Pick the install and the day.
It goes up level, at the board price.
Tell us the install and the wall it goes on. We confirm the price and hold your day.
7am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Requests sent outside those hours get a reply first thing.
The board price is confirmed in writing before we hold your day.
If it comes loose, we come back at no charge.
