Picture and mirror hanging at one flat price per piece
Pick the spot for each piece. It goes up at that height, with the level on it before we move to the next.

Free to quote. Same-week days, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm.
What we hang
- A heavy mirror that has leaned against the wall since you moved in.
- A stack of framed prints waiting for the right spot.
- A gallery wall, where every frame has to line up with the next.
- Art over a sofa or a bed, centered on the furniture below it.
- A mirror for a brick wall, where a nail won't go in.
Height first, then the hanger
We start with where the piece should sit. Over furniture we center it on the piece below. On an open wall we hold it up at the height you like looking at, and you see a pencil mark before anything goes in.
Then the hanger, matched to the weight of the piece and the wall behind it. A light frame on drywall takes a picture hook. A heavy mirror never hangs on a nail alone.
A gallery wall is laid out on the floor first. We agree the spacing with you and measure it, then carry it to the wall so the gaps between frames run even from end to end.
How each piece goes up
- We set each height with you. A light pencil mark, checked with the level, before we drill.
- We check the wall. If the wall is different from the one you named, that wall's board price applies, and you hear it before we drill.
- The hanger goes in. Anything wide hangs from two points, which holds it straighter than a single hook.
- The piece goes up. The level goes on top, and we adjust until the bubble sits centered.
- We sweep up. Drill dust and packaging leave with us.
What the price depends on
- How many pieces. The board price is per piece, and each one keeps it.
- The wall. Each of the four walls on the board has its own price per piece.
- The back of the piece. It needs wire or D-rings. If it has none, those are yours to supply.
- Anything the board doesn't cover, such as tile over the wall. You hear the extra before any drilling.
Picture hanging questions
Can you hang a heavy mirror on plaster?
Yes. A nail can crack plaster, so a heavy mirror goes on hooks made for plaster or on a screw into a stud. Tell us roughly how big it is when you ask for a day.
Can you hang art on brick?
Yes. A nail won't go into brick, so we drill and set a masonry anchor. That's the brick column on the board.
Can you hang a TV and pictures on one visit?
Yes. Put the TV and the pictures in one request, and we do them all in one visit.
What if I want a piece moved later?
Moving it is a new install at its board price. The old hole can be filled and textured as a drywall repair.
From the install board
Every square is one flat price, and we confirm yours in writing before we hold your day.
The board price is the price for that install. If we find something the board doesn't cover, you hear it before the first hole and can say no.
Several installs in one visit? Each keeps its board price. We add them up and hold one day.
Pick the install and the day.
It goes up level, at the board price.
Tell us the install and the wall it goes on. We confirm the price and hold your day.
7am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Requests sent outside those hours get a reply first thing.
The board price is confirmed in writing before we hold your day.
If it comes loose, we come back at no charge.
