- A tall newer home. You can expect drywall on every floor.
- A townhome or condo. These are usually drywall too, but some newer buildings are framed in steel.
- A fireplace or an alley garage. You may have brick at the fireplace or block in a rear alley garage.
Each one has its own price on the install board, and you can tell us which you think you have when you call.
Caulking, screens and doors near the water
We quote each of these in writing before we hold the day, and they can share a trip with an install.
- Window caulking. This close to the salt air, it is worth asking us to run fresh caulk around a window while we are in the house.
- Screens. We do door screen replacement, and our window screen replacement page covers the windows.
- Doors. We do door repair when a door catches or will not latch, and we rehang it square.
- Drywall. Old anchor holes get patched and textured to match, as part of our drywall repair.

Do you come to my part of town?
Yes. The hill section and the streets off Pier Avenue and Aviation Boulevard are all on our install days.
My living room is upstairs in a tall home. Is that a problem?
No. Tell us about the stairs and the size of the screen, so we can plan how to carry it up. Our TV mounting page goes through the brackets, and the price still comes from the install and the wall.
I rent near the beach. What happens to the holes when I leave?
Ask your landlord before we drill. When you leave, we can take the mount down and fill the holes, with a written quote for the patching.
