If you want handyman services in Brentwood for a big TV or a heavy mirror, a Spanish house in Brentwood Park and a condo off Barrington Avenue will need different anchors. The wall goes into the price too, because the install board has a column for each one.

Moving in off San Vicente Boulevard
A new home can have a lot waiting to go up, and we can do it all on one install day.
- A single total. Each install keeps its own board price, and you get the sum by text before we hold the day.
- The order of the day. We go in whatever order suits you and the movers.
- The big screen. If the house sits at the end of a long drive or up a steep canyon street, tell us so we can plan how to carry it in for the TV mounting.
- A rented condo or apartment. Ask your landlord about the holes before the day.
Caulk, screens and sliding doors in Brentwood
These are quoted in writing before we hold the day, and each one can go on an install day or on a trip of its own.
- Bathroom caulk. We take out the old bead and run a clean new one around the tub or the shower.
- Screens and sliding doors. We do screen door repair and put a patio slider's screen back on its track, and our page on window screen replacement covers new mesh.
- Doors and dents. We do door repair for a door that sticks, rehanging it square, and drywall repair for the holes and dents.
- Fans and faucets. We hang a ceiling fan on a box made to carry one, and we do kitchen faucet replacement when the new faucet is the same type.
Spanish plaster, canyon drywall and condo walls
- A Spanish or traditional home. In Brentwood Park these large houses are likely to have plaster in many rooms.
- A canyon or hillside home. The wall depends on its age and how much has been redone, so tell us what you know, and expect drywall in a remodeled room.
- A fireplace. Brick is the likely wall here, and stacked stone is not on the board, so you hear about that before the first hole and can say no.
- A condo south of San Vicente. Most are drywall, and a newer building near Wilshire Boulevard may have metal studs.
