- Screens. We do window screen replacement and put patio screen doors back on their track.
- Weather stripping and caulking. We put new weather stripping on an outside door and fresh window caulking on the side of the house that faces the ocean.
- Faucets and fans. We do like-for-like faucet swaps and hang a ceiling fan on a box that is made to carry one.
What goes up in a Torrance home
