- Plaster. A Spanish, Tudor or Craftsman home from the 1920s to the 1940s usually has plaster over lath, and that is what you are likely to find in Rossmoyne and Sparr Heights.
- Drywall. The apartments and condos in south and central Glendale are usually drywall, as is any room remodeled later.
- Brick or concrete. The fireplace wall in an older home is the usual place for this, and some condo buildings may be poured concrete.
- Metal studs. A newer condo building could be framed in steel.

- Furniture for an apartment. Our furniture assembly price covers the flat-pack, and we strap a tall bookcase back to the wall.

Does the price change between Sparr Heights and an apartment by the Glendale Galleria?
Only if the wall changes. The neighborhood is not on the board, so a drywall install costs the same off Glenoaks Boulevard as it does on the streets near Forest Lawn.
