- A tract home. In East Lancaster, or in Quartz Hill next door, you will most likely have drywall on wood studs.
- An older small home. Near downtown the first rooms may have plaster.
- The fireplace. This is the likely place for brick or concrete.
- The garage. If a shelf or a TV is going up in a two- or three-car garage, tell us what the walls are, because finished drywall and bare block are at opposite ends of the board.

- One price for the day. We add up the board prices and text you the sum before we hold the day.
- Which room comes first. We go in any order you like, so the room you want finished first gets done first.
