Patches, screens and doors to add in Anaheim
We put each repair in writing with its price before we hold your day, and you can book one by itself or add it to an install.
- A drywall patch. For drywall repair, we fill old anchor holes and doorknob dents and texture them to match the wall.
- A door that sticks. Our door repair means rehanging it square so that it closes and latches again.

- Fans and faucets. We hang a ceiling fan on a box made to carry one, and we swap a faucet for the same type.

- Furniture. Our furniture assembly price covers the flat-pack, and we can strap a tall bookcase to the wall.
Tract home drywall, bungalow plaster and apartment steel
- Drywall. The hillside homes off Santa Ana Canyon Road went up from the 1970s on, so they are usually drywall, and so is any remodeled room in a tract home.
- Plaster. An older bungalow with a detached garage probably has plaster over lath, and a postwar tract home may have a thin coat in its original rooms.
- Brick or concrete. This is usually the fireplace wall, or a block wall in the garage.
- Metal studs. A newer apartment building around the Platinum Triangle, Honda Center or the Anaheim Resort may be framed in steel.
You can see how each of these is priced on the install board. If you cannot tell, we check the wall at the door, and if it is something the board does not cover, you hear it before the first hole and can say no.
